The era we live in today is much different than times gone by. There are a host of positive changes that have taken place in our society with the advent of innovative technology. However, these advances have also come with an unknown price. For instance, children/people are becoming extremely preoccupied with activities like Video Games, My Space, Twitter, YouTube, Face Book, Wii and a host of other activities that do not provide appropriate mental and physical activity.
